My Story
I’m delighted to introduce myself and share my incredible journey in the world of pet grooming. My name is Diane (some people call me DT), and my love for animals and dedication to their care has guided me since the early days of my career.
In 1966, while supporting my family, fate led me to an unexpected opportunity that would shape my future. I had the privilege of working with Peggy (Hogg) Katz, an esteemed and award-winning professional dog show handler. Under her guidance, I gained invaluable experience, honing my skills, and developing a deep appreciation for the art of grooming.
Throughout the years, I continued to expand my knowledge and expertise by collaborating with esteemed members of the Professional Handlers Association (PHA) across the country. These experiences allowed me to refine my techniques and witness firsthand the transformative power of skilled grooming.
I played a vital role in the development of several reputable grooming salons. My dedication to excellence and commitment to providing the highest quality of care propelled me forward, leading me to establish my own grooming salon.
